At NOGU, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange window for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form will be emailed directly to you.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original NOGU gift boxes and include the return form before sealing the shipping mailer.

• 4.
  Ship and Receive

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
